Today we did PE it was awesome and exciting because Mrs Pearson she taught us about knee kicks and bottom kicks and relays and she told us the point of bottom kicks is if your not that fast you could improve by doing bottom kicks and she told us if your going to fast in relays you could drop the stick and your team would come last and what would be the point of sprinting and if you were sprinting you could lose control and you would fall sometimes and you would sometimes and with one injured part of your body and it only matters if you complete the race you dont need to come first sometimes its about you completing the race and Mrs Pearson said if you practise you could get faster and faster and we will get ready for the cross country in week 6
