Swimming

Swimming 


Yesterday I went to swimming for the first time this  year I thought I wasn't good because I hadent been swimming for a year and I was nervous.I was in group 2 but I was finding a bit hard because I couldn't go underneath the water while I was swimming.I kept on drinking the water while I was swiming because I can't hold my breath for long and also I couldn't breath in and out through my nose and it will be even worse then drinking it.the other things I was pretty good at them.


Next Steps 
My next steps would be to be better at swimming and train every time I don't get something's and don't know how To do them my other next steps would be to not drink the water and be a healthy young man.

Personal Hygiene

Personal Hygiene

Today we learnt about how to keep our personal hygiene better we did this because at our age it is better for us because when you grow up you don't wanna be smelly and people running away from you .Also when wash your hands because you don,t want all those germs when go on your food you down want that on your food right and you will get a tummy ache.Wash your socks and your underwear and your socks because it will be smelly. Deodorant is very important because it would make you smell better.
